How do I contact you?

Email is preferred for most requests and ongoing project work.

For urgent matters, SMS is appropriate or VOXER Voice Message and will generally receive a faster response where possible.

What counts towards Support Package hours?

Generally, Support Package hours may include:

  • meetings and calls
  • HR advice and guidance
  • document drafting or amendments
  • research
  • policy and process development
  • employee matters
  • strategy discussions
  • and related administrative work connected to your agreement.
What happens if we go over the included hours?

If additional work outside the agreed retainer scope or hours is required, this may be billed separately at the agreed hourly rate.

Where possible, I will always communicate this with you before additional charges occur.

What if we don't use all of our hours in a month?

This rarely happens, there is always something to do. However, to prevent this it is best to ensure that you are engaged and attentive through the monthly check-ins etc. to ensure there is plenty of workflow between us.

However, unused hours do not roll over.

Can you attend onsite meetings or performance reviews?

Absolutely, by negotiation and with plenty of warning. Onsite work can be arranged where its absolutely necessary. However, no onsite work is included in Support Packages and is billed separately along with travel expenses.

What if something urgent happens?

If an urgent workplace matter arises, please contact me as soon as possible via email with a brief description of what has happened and a request for callback.

Whilst I may not always be available immediately due to existing commitments, I will do my best to support urgent situations as promptly as possible.

Will everything on our original goal list be completed during the engagement?

The initial goal list is intended as a strategic working roadmap.

Depending on operational priorities, emerging workplace matters, responsiveness, and business needs, some projects may require longer-term implementation than the contracted engagement allows.

The focus will always be on prioritising the most critical and high impact items first.
