Your package is designed to give you ongoing access to strategic HR support, guidance, systems development, documentation assistance, and practical business support as needed throughout the engagement period.

This allows us to work proactively rather than reactively, building stronger foundations, improving processes, and addressing issues before they become larger problems.

  1. Keep Communication Centralised

Where possible, please send requests, quests, documents, and updates via email. This helps me:

  • track priorities
  • manage workflows efficiently
  • and ensure nothing gets missed


SMS is completely fine for urgent or time-sensitive matters.

2. Don't Wait Until Something Becomes a Problem

One of the biggest advantages of a support package is early support. If something feels "off" with:

  • staff,
  • performance
  • workplace culture
  • communication
  • processes
  • or compliance,


Please reach out early. Small issues are almost always easier (and cheaper) to manage proactively.

3. Prioritisation Matters

At the beginning of our engagement, we identified a number of goals and projects to work through. Depending on operational demands, urgent matters, and business priorities, some items may naturally take precedence over others.

Delays in receiving this information may impact timelines or the amount of work completed within a particular month.

You do not need to have a fully formed solution before reaching out. Sometimes a quick conversation around:
